After spending a long time on the phone with State Farm's 800 number attempting find out how to get a replacement for the cracked windshield of my car. I spent 3 hours trying to get some questions answered, to understand what I was being told, and to understand how I should move forward. So finally I called my agent's office, Scott Tabares. I should have done this earlier. Marla answered the called. Wow, what a change. She heard my explanation of what had happened. Then ask if she could step in and help. It was obvious she cared about me as a person and as a customer. After a few minutes, I would guess less than 20, she had cut through the 800 jungle, and she and I were working toward a solution.
