"Edit: Responding to the "business owner," blaming the tag office is not taking accountability for your staff's inability to complete a simple request. Even the office manager, Angela, said she had a template for what I was needing and questioned why Abigail or Lindsey did not sue the template they had available to them. Taking ownership of your misstep is how you move on and become better, something it seems this agency is unable to do. Instead, the "business owner" would rather meander around whether it was 8 years or 9 years that I've been doing business with this agency. How pathetic and a show of true colors for the "business owner" to behave this way. At least it's out in public so that way other potential clients can see what they are signing themselves up for. I had a really poor customer service experience with Abigail and Lindsey in Scott Tabares' office. I brought the shortcoming up to Scott himself who refused to take ownership of his staff and the situation that his staff created. I had been with Scott's agency for 9 years but it seems as if the office staff have gone downhill with no one willing to accept accountability."

"Josh, I’m sorry you feel like I refused ownership of this situation. I did respond to your email within 24 hours, letting you know that I would remedy the issue with my team. In that same email, I explained that what happened was a one-off circumstance related to the tag agency you were transacting with. We use the same form to verify coverages for customers all the time, and in this case the tag agency did not accept the form. We understand that caused frustration, but we were still able to provide what they needed to proceed. The process took longer than usual because this is the only tag agency that has not accepted the other forms our offices have been using. As I stated in my email, this will be addressed with my staff to ensure it doesn’t happen again with them. You mentioned this has gone “downhill” since you started with us. I want to be sure that’s not coming across as accurate—your history with us supports that this is not our standard. You also referenced 9 years; however, my email said 8 years, and I wanted to confirm I’m consistent with what I told you. The 9-year mark doesn’t come up until later this year. Just one month before this, I followed up on items we reviewed together and you declined at that time. When you later requested additional details, you received those same-day. I apologize again for the inconvenience that occurred at the tag agency and for the time it took to get everything resolved. I also want to reiterate that you always receive a response to questions from me within a day or less, and this situation was no different—I had my team working on it immediately. Edit: Responding to response. Josh, I won't continue to argue with you. I was explaining the situation of what happened that day as I am sure it added frustration. I wasn't pointing out that 8 or 9 years mattered, but was just trying to show that I wasn't aware of how long you had actually been a customer and trying not to call you or myself a liar in the process. Just like I said I would do that day I did make sure that the attitudes of my team are never to be a poor experience. Thank you for again bringing it to my attention. Enjoy your day!"

"Removed some authorized drivers from my policy at a great saving. The only risk is "State Farm has done away with permissive use of vehicles and will deny a claim if the driver is not listed on the policy." But the savings were significant."

From the very beginning, they took the time to really look at our situation and made sure we weren’t paying for coverage we didn’t need. They walked us through multiple options, explained everything clearly, and respected our decisions—going with the coverage we wanted while still making sure we fully understood our choices. I never felt rushed or pressured, just supported and informed. It was clear they genuinely tried to save us the most money possible, not just sell a policy. Customer service like this is hard to find. They’re responsive, honest, and truly have your best interest in mind.
