"If I could give a negative star review I would they dropped me sent me a return check still send junk mail to my house n fill my email with spam it too a week to get into contact with them and they say the agent that took my info quit I don't blame him I couldn't get into contact with them for over a week I got the check in the mail faster than I could get a call back the 1800 number couldn't even get a response from them as to why they dropped me it took me getting another insurance to find out why my license is not suspended n the ppl at there office wouldn't let me speak they were rude funny how fast they responded to a review on Google or rude emails good luck with them if he post the agent he fired I would gladly try any company x agent works for dropped me but still trying to hit my bank card for renters insurance is a sad little company"
"Melvin, while it’s unfortunate when our underwriting partners cancel a policy it does happen. This was due to things we are unable to see in the office that had to do with your driving record. When we called you to offer you something else you cussed at my team and hung up on them twice. My team did listen to you and heard exactly why you had the issues with your driving record. If the information isn’t correct I’d suggest that you address that with your DMV. The gentleman that you are referring to was actually let go with cause. If you’d like to have him help you he currently works for another agent. Just let me know if you’d like him to help you out since you don’t want to talk with anyone from my team to help the situation. The renters insurance has nothing to do with the auto insurance. I emailed asking if you’d like to continue that portion to which you never replied to cancel it. I can get that done for you but you have to request it. I wish you the best. - Scott Tabares "

"After saving my partner about $70 a month on his car insurance, I talked with his agent Pierce and he saved me over $60 a month on my own car insurance. Also, they were able to roll in renters insurance at a huge savings. Since switching we have had a few conversations with Pierce and he has always been very friendly, helpful and professional, and even returned a call on a Saturday afternoon to help me. "Not impressed with this agent. My long term multiple policies were deferred to this agent OVER 1 year ago because my agent retired. Absolutely no effort from agent or his team to make contact with me...as my previous agents alway have and reviewed policies to ensure coverage is adequate. After I emailed him to make conact the response was full of excuses and that a 3rd party was handling contact but he would follow up. THAT was almost 3 months ago! As a loyal, long term policy holder with State Farm...I do not feel this agent represents what a State Farm agent should be! Looking for another agent!!!!"

We had a lot going on with trying to get team trained, building out and moving to a new location, my son being born which kept me out of the office, my wife going back into the hospital, then our son going back the hospital, but you’re right. "Lori, I’m sorry to hear this. I read your email and replied within the hour to help remedy this but never heard back from you. My team was simply trying to give you more coverage for around what you were currently paying. My team also mentioned you said “today was a bad day and we shouldn’t have called today.” I hope whatever happened gets better. In 12 years we have 2 reviews now of people saying they were misinformed. I’m not sure what else you may be referring to, but any time we multi-line we are looking out for our customers best interest. We have signed up thousands of people over the years with this in mind. Today is the first I heard of any issue you had and replied to it within an hour to offer solutions to remedy this. I will await your response. In the meantime please know that you aren’t able to cancel policies in other peoples names even if you are paying for them. I’m sorry but I can’t change that rule, but did offer ways to help with that. Again, I look forward to your response to get this taken care of. Have a good evening! - Scott "

"Mrs. Lindsay Moore and another gentleman i spoke with i apologize i didnt get his name, but they have no clue who i am or what our small family has been through BUT have still by far went above an beyond to help me with getting everything set up. 2023 was an extremely rough year after having family murdered, losing my child *baby boy* my husbands twin brother, husbands mother, my mother, my father, and my grandfather, the expenses of medical, funeral expenses, attorneys and investigations. And murder investigations that will continue up to 2 years, Left us without insurance for a few weeks but they were able to get me set up quickly and for about the same rate as what I was paying even a little cheaper. "You never know what people are going through or have been through" and these 2 beautiful peoples knew none of this but still treated me with the most care and respect. I truly hope their office knows what heartfilled beautiful people they have in their office. THANK YOU! sincerely thank you."
